Scottish Highland Cattle

Nutritional Information

Because our cattle are grass-fed, they take longer to grow to market weight than the beef typically found at the grocery store. This also means that they tend to be lower in fat and have amazing flavor.

A recent study by the Scottish Agricultural College found that Highland beef has 10% less fat per serving than traditional commercial beef. They also found that Highland beef is significantly lower in cholesterol than turkey, has more iron and protein than most commercial beef.
